Your current choice: not made yet

1Who is responsible

energyresonantart.com is run by Elevenart OÜ, Pärnu mnt 105, 11312 Tallinn, Estonia, which sells the works of Emanuele Fortunati. For anything related to this policy or your data, write to emanuele@emanuelefortunati.it.

This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive, as applied in Estonia and in the country where you live. How personal data is handled more generally is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job in a different place. The law treats them the same way: anything that is not strictly necessary to provide what you asked for can only be used with your consent.

This site does not use advertising cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not sell or share data with advertisers. The few things it keeps are listed below.

3What this site uses

Strictly necessary · always on

Needed to remember your choice. They don't require consent.

Analytics · only if you accept

They let me understand how people move through the site, so I can improve it: which pages are visited, for how long, and what helps someone find the right piece. Nothing is written until you click "Accept".

What the analytics record

  • The pages you view, the time each one is on screen, and how far down you scroll.
  • On the first page of a visit: the site you came from, any campaign tags in the link, your browser's language and time zone, your operating system, browser, device type and screen size.
  • What you do on the site: choosing an edition or size, opening details, clicking through to payment, sending a form (but not what you wrote in it), playing the film.
  • On the thank-you page: that a purchase was completed, which piece and edition, and its price.

They do not record your name, email, address, payment details or IP address. Your location is only ever estimated from your time zone (for example "Europe/Madrid").

If you decline, or haven't chosen yet

Nothing is stored in your browser and nothing is read from it. Each page you open is still counted, as a single anonymous record holding only the page address and the fact that analytics was declined or not chosen yet. Your choice itself is counted the same way. These records contain no identifier and can't be linked to you or to each other.

On the quiz, your run (answers and result) is still recorded so the quiz can work and improve, but without any identifier and without details about your device.

Where analytics data is stored

Events are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, which act as data processors on my behalf. Only Emanuele can read them. As with any connection to a server, Google necessarily receives your IP address to deliver the request, but it is not saved with the events. Analytics events are deleted after 24 months.

4Services from other companies

Some parts of the site rely on other providers. You interact with them directly:

  • Stripe: when you buy a piece, payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page (checkout.stripe.com or buy.stripe.com), which uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. See Stripe's cookie policy.
  • Formspree: the contact forms on the Commissions and Therapeutic Spaces pages are delivered to me through Formspree. What you write is sent to them only when you press "Send". See Formspree's privacy policy.
  • Vimeo: the film on The Experience page plays from Vimeo, in "do not track" mode, so Vimeo doesn't use tracking cookies or record your viewing. Like any server, it receives your IP address to stream the film, and may set a strictly necessary cookie for security. See Vimeo's cookie policy.
  • Firebase (Google): on the quiz, the code that saves your answers is loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address to deliver it. No cookies are set.

5Transfers outside the EU

Google, Stripe, Formspree and Vimeo may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6Changing your choice

You can accept or decline analytics at any time with the button at the top of this page, or with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page, in the menu and at the bottom of the quiz. The choice applies to the whole site, quiz included. If you decline after having accepted, the identifiers above are removed from your browser straight away and nothing more is recorded.

You can also delete stored data from your browser settings at any time. Declining has no effect on how the site works: every page, and buying, stays exactly the same.

7Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. Because the analytics identifier is random and isn't linked to your name, I may need you to tell me the identifier shown in your browser to find the related events. Write to emanuele@emanuelefortunati.it.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the authority of the country where you live, such as the AEPD in Spain.

8Changes to this policy

If what the site uses changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. If the change needs a new choice from you, the banner appears again.

For how personal data is handled more generally (orders, emails, forms), see the Privacy Policy.
